Full Job Description
The Bilingual AR & HR Coordinator position is accountable for the entire life cycle of account receivable and cash application. Additionally, in this role, you will answer and redirect phone calls when necessary, greet visitors at the office when they arrive, and take accurate messages.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance and Human Resource department.
- Stay updated on relevant Accounting and Human Resources regulations and policies.
- Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process incoming payments received via checks, credit cards, or electronic transfers.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary.
- Open the door and greet visitors.
- Assist with record keeping and reports for new hires, terminations, benefit administration, worker’s compensation, safety, etc.
- Assist in employee training programs.
- Assist with HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Associates Degree/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any Business related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and HR roles.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company-specific systems.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
