We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a long-term contract employment opportunity. The role is fully remote and will start as early as next week. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of functions such as assisting with open enrollment, onboarding, HR payroll, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the execution of open enrollment processes.

• Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.

• Oversee HR payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure strict adherence to employment laws to maintain a compliant workplace.

• Manage the hiring process, from job posting to candidate selection.

• Handle employee relations, fostering a positive work environment.

• Carry out benefit functions, providing support to employees as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions
• Strong understanding and experience in Compliance within HR
• Demonstrated ability in handling Employee Relations effectively
• Experienced in executing efficient Hiring Processes
• Familiarity with Onboarding new employees
• Experience in conducting Open Enrollment processes
