Role Overview
As the Head of HR at ASG, you will lead the HR department, partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with the company's business objectives. You will oversee key HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. This role will drive HR transformation, cultivate a culture of innovation, and shape organizational success through strategic people management. With ASG's recent expansion into Ireland, global HR expertise will be crucial to effectively integrate and manage the new workforce across borders, ensuring compliance with local and industry-specific regulations. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in advancing strategic HR initiatives while promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Compliance: Ensure HR programs align with ASGs mission and values, stay updated on employment laws, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Global HR Practices & Strategic HR Management: Lead global HR practices and drive strategic HR initiatives to meet the companys objectives across different regions such as Ireland.
- Employee Relations: Work with leadership to resolve conflicts and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, develop hiring strategies, and build future talent pipelines.
- Training & Development: Develop and manage learning programs, ensuring they meet the companys strategic goals.
- Compensation & Benefits: Lead the benefits program and conduct market pay analysis to ensure equitable compensation strategies.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives and ensure inclusive practices across all HR functions.
- Growth & Contribution: Oversee the G&C program, employee recognition, and feedback systems.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and guide team members and interns, supporting their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
Skills
- Expert knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and HRIS systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and data management.
- Deep understanding of compliance standards and industry-specific regulations.
