The HR Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within the company. The HR Director plays a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and organizational growth within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Director
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys business goals and growth initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the food manufacturing industry.
- Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and succession planning.
- Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in alignment with company policies and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, safety awareness, and leadership capabilities.
- Manage HR systems and processes, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee safety initiatives to maintain a secure working environment in the manufacturing plant.
Qualifications of the HR Director:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of HR experience.
- Proven ability to lead HR functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
