Job Overview:
Corel Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR Outsourcing and consulting experience. In addition to handling various HR responsibilities, the consultant will also manage recruitment efforts for clients, helping to build and maintain high-performing teams. This role offers flexible hours, a competitive pay rate of up $25 per hour, and performance-based bonuses. Additionally, this role will be a transition to full-time role, upon successful completion of a full client allocation and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee performance management programs, including evaluations and goal setting.
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and update employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct job descriptions and wage analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Lead leadership training and development programs for management teams.
- Develop and update company policies to maintain compliance and align with business objectives.
- Administer HRIS systems to track and manage employee data.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Manage full-desk recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify and attract top talent using a variety of recruitment strategies.
- Support clients in developing their hiring strategies and ensuring they meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR Consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Experience with Benefit Administration, Employee Relations, and multiple HRIS systems.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations and performance management effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Project Management Tools, Time Tracking is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $22-25 per hour BOE
