Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. This role requires a proactive professional capable of handling various HR tasks while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for employees and management, providing support in English and Spanish.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations as needed.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to recommend improvements.
- Ensure effective communication between departments and across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years plus of HR experience, with a proven track record in a generalist role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
