Virginia Physicians for Women (VPFW), Richmond's top OB/GYN practice for 4 years running, is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join its team. The HR Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive company culture, guiding HR processes and driving talent strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Build trust with management and employees, ensuring HR policies and programs are effectively implemented.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee benefits education, enrollment, and leave management, including FMLA and disability.
• Address employee relations issues, promoting proactive problem-solving.
• Analyze trends in compensation/benefits and propose competitive programs.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR reports for workforce planning and support payroll as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as an HR Generalist with expertise in recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work onsite across multiple office locations.
• Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
