We are a world-leading internet and technology company that develops innovative products and services to improve the quality of life of people around the world. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Palo Alto.

Job Responsibilities:

1Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

2Performance Management:Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

3Organizational Development: Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, including change management, team building, and leadership development.

4Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

5Talent Management: Understand the business needs and provide consultancy advice to leaders about how to identify, manage and develop the talents

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Proactive problem-solver with a customer service mindset.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday).
