TEMPORARY POSITION for 6 months!

We are seeking an HR assistant for a private graduate school in Claremont!

Job Duties:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Perform data entry, scanning, filing, organizing, and retrieving requested files
  • Compile and update employee records and spreadsheets (hard and soft copies)
  • Process and prepare documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluation, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling file

Requirement:

  • 3 years Human Resources Assistant or higher level
  • BA in Human Resources required
  • Self Starter
  • Workday preferred
