About the Position

Energy Exemplar is looking for a Performance & Culture Assistant to provide administrative support of various P&C initiatives and programs. This role will also beassistingthe VP, Global Employee Experience with travel coordination, calendar managementand other administrative functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment,exhibitstrong organizational skills, and excel in communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilitiesinclude,but are not limited to:

Performance and Culture Administration

  • Oversee administrative aspects of the global Performance and Culture programs such asthereward and recognition anddevelopment programs.
  • Assistin the employee onboarding process by collaborating with hiring managers to ensure new hires meet all necessary contacts and support the organization and coordination of onboarding activities.
  • Research, organize, and coordinate with various stakeholders to fulfill requirements for external employment awards, ensuringtimelypayments and submissions, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support bymaintainingthe content calendar for internal intranet and external social channels, ensuring consistency and professionalism in employment branding efforts.
  • Communication management including draftinginitialversion of emails, blog posts, draft copy for internal or external purposes.
  • Provide backend support for communication planning, reporting,logistics, and other administrative aspects of the internal company Swag Store to enhance employee engagement and brand visibility.
  • Assistin organizing administrative aspects of the internal internship program, including coordination, communication, andlogisticsto support the successful execution of the program.
  • Assistwith various project management activities, including vendor management, program administration,follow-upand metrics.
  • Presentto staff on a regular basisonour globalPeople Programs.
  • Administrative upkeep ofvariousHR-related system.

Support

  • Assistin schedule management for the VP, Global Employee Experience including coordinating, scheduling and(as necessary)attending meetings, training sessions and events with both internal customers and external vendors.
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings, drive taskcompletionand provide summary notes to relevant meeting participants includingmaintainingand updating project plans as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports, asrequired.
  • Assistwith email management during times of travel.
  • Conduct research on assigned topics such as hybrid working, remote management and AI and produce executive summaries to provide insights and recommendation to management.

Candidate Requirements& Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience in HR and/or administrativerole within a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, a relatedfield
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,ability to shift and jugglepriorities and deliverables
  • Work in a streamlined and efficient manner,proactively ask questions,applying logic and common sense to all matters
  • Ability to display discretion andmaintainconfidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both in-person and virtual
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders globally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,Exceland Teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines andmaintaina high levelof accountability
