Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Type of Employment: Part time, Temporary
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: 100% in Office 3 days a week
Hourly Rate: $42/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with an educational organization in Philadelphia that is looking to hire a part time HR Business Partner on a temporary basis for an indefinite time frame. The schedule is 3 days a week, 8 hours a day, with a total of 24 hours per week. The qualified candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HRBP.

Responsibilities:
· Assist the team with overflow of HR projects and initiatives
· Review and advise on employee relations as needed
· Analyze company trends and metrics
· Focus on enhancing company training programs
· Help with additional tasks as assigned
Required Experience:
· At least 3 – 5 years of related experience within an HRBP role
· Experience working in an HRIS, Paychecks a plus
· Working knowledge of PA laws and regulations
· Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines and level of importance
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
