Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare HR Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard talented professionals in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare roles, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Be up-to-date and understand employment laws.
  • Knowledge of healthcare employment laws.
  • Develop and post job descriptions for a wide range of healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, physicians, administrative staff).
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and community networks to support ongoing talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HR best practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare roles and certification requirements.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
