This role involves data entry, applicant communication, and case management to support the FBI Security Program effectively. Key Responsibilities: Support FBI Security Program through security assessment investigations. Conduct and analyze interviews with various stakeholders. Process and analyze security clearance documentation and background investigations. Prepare detailed reports and presentations using critical thinking skills. Advise on potential security concerns and document management. Collaborate with FBI Field Offices to ensure compliance and thorough investigations. Recommend necessary investigative actions, including polygraphs. Maintain and safeguard sensitive program data. Qualifications: Must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance and pass a polygraph exam. Experience: Two years in personnel security investigative work or as an investigative analyst. Skilled in conducting database checks and interpreting credit reports. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify security vulnerabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant Federal IT systems. Bachelor's Degree (2 years' experience) or Associate's Degree (4 years' experience) in a related field. Desired Skills: Understanding of Federal Investigative Standards (FISs), Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs), and U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
