We are seeking outgoing, detail-oriented cashiers with excellent customer service skills for part-time positions to join our South Hill team.

Key Duties:

• Processing Transactions: Handling cash, debit, credit, and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system.
• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, answering their questions, and providing assistance as needed.
• Scanning Items: Ensuring accurate pricing and itemization of purchases.
• Handling Payments: Collecting payments, issuing receipts, and providing the correct change.
• Returns and Exchanges: Processing returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of transactions and balancing the cash register at the end of shifts.
• Promotions and Coupons: Redeeming coupons and informing customers about promotions and new products.
• Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area
