Gamma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and the overall success of our leadership team. Responsibilities

  1. Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and co-founders.
  2. Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
  3. Facilitate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
  4. Assist with new hire onboarding, team off-sites, and company events.
  5. Help manage project timelines, event planning, and budgeting for various strategic initiatives.
  6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  7. Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
  8. Assist in managing board-related tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling logistics for board events.
  9. Develop systems to prioritize time and tasks for the co-founders, ensuring efficient workflow.
  10. Coordinate company events and meetings, including scheduling, catering, and logistics to support internal and external functions.
  11. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely payments, maintenance services, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with office administration experience as well.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
  6. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of making decisions independently.
  7. Experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a public or SaaS company, is a plus.

Location

This role will require someone in our office 4-5 days a week. We are located in San Francisco (Potrero Hill).
