Gamma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant. Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and co-founders.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, team off-sites, and company events.
- Help manage project timelines, event planning, and budgeting for various strategic initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Assist in managing board-related tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling logistics for board events.
- Develop systems to prioritize time and tasks for the co-founders, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Coordinate company events and meetings, including scheduling, catering, and logistics to support internal and external functions.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely payments, maintenance services, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with office administration experience as well.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of making decisions independently.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a public or SaaS company, is a plus.
Location
This role will require someone in our office 4-5 days a week. We are located in San Francisco (Potrero Hill).
