Description: Executive Assistant
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant (EA) is under the direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources and shall provide administrative and operational support to the assigned administrator, which include but not limited to, project management; maintaining positive internal and external public relations. The EA's role requires extensive project management experience as well as providing administrative support to high-level Administrators, managing multiple administrative tasks, the daily operations of their office, and coordinating with other
departments.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma, required.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.
3. Bachelors in Business Administration from an accredited college or university, preferred.
4. Three or more years of executive assistant and/or project management experience.
5. Demonstrates functional knowledge of technological devices and all aspects of the Microsoft Office Professional software programs.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to exercise considerable tact and courtesy in frequent contact with all stakeholders.
8. Proven success working with all levels of management.
9. Possess excellent integrity, confidentiality, and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
10. Provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status and required criminal background check.
11. Conditions established by all laws and codes of the State, and all policies, rules, and regulations established by the Board of Education (N.J.S.A. 18A:27-4 et seq.)
Working Conditions: Central Office
