We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Accounting + Finance team. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. With your exceptional skills in calendar management, you will play a key role in coordinating meetings, events, and schedules for our busy team.

Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant, you will take on a variety of tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of our Accounting + Finance department. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. 2. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other documents as required. 3. Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and prompt resolution of queries and issues. 4. Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval. 5. Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times. 6. Conducting research and compiling data to assist with strategic planning and decision-making. 7. Performing other relevant tasks as needed to support the team and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within the Accounting + Finance industry. 2. Proven expertise in calendar management and scheduling. 3. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software. 4. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. High degree of professionalism and a strong ability to handle confidential information. 7. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. 8. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. 9. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
