The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and have a strong background in putting together presentations/marketing material. You will be responsible for supporting our executive team in managing and executing our ambitious projects. Why join us? Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Executive team. 2. Organize and maintain the executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executive team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. 4. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff. 5. Work closely and effectively with the executive team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. 6. Manage a variety of special projects for the executive team, some of which may have organizational impact. 7. Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the executive team's ability to effectively lead the company. 8. Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. 9. Prepare necessary materials for meetings, including drafting agendas and collating documents. 10. Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and detailed data reports for the executive team. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management. 2. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software. 3. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. 4. Exceptional interpersonal skills. 5. Strong communication skills. 6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. 7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners. 8. Proficient in data presentation and creating PowerPoint presentations. 9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. 10.
