Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the Executive Suite and providing coverage for Sr. Executive Assistants when necessary. Support to be provided through performance of such duties as managing the SVPs calendars in outlook and meeting schedules; managing professional correspondence and messages; handling responsibilities such as ordering supplies, managing facilities requests, answering the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner; using own initiative to draft responses as required; preparing invoice payments, opening and reviewing mail, preparing for meetings in conference rooms which includes ordering lunches, stocking drinks, and using the AV/WebEx equipment.



Qualifications:
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably for a CEO
  • Must possess skills in Microsoft office and databases
