What Will You Do in This Role?

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the President of our Healthcare Division, as well as a robust array of tasks related to supporting the Operations team. This role will also consist of providing assistance to other departments and office personnel as needed. The Executive Assistant position is versatile and often includes a multitude of duties including, but not limited to, facility licensure and regulation applications, managed care credentialling, supporting business office functions, filing and record keeping, as well as other administrative tasks.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Prior Corporate Executive Assistant experience required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
