Insight Global is seeking an executive assistant to join the team of a smaller IT Solutions company in the Houston area. This person must be local to the Houston area and willing to work a hybrid schedule. Their day to day responsibilities will consist of assisting the companies president with meetings scheduling, managing calendars, coordinating client visits, creating and scheduling marketing posts on social media sites, handling billing and invoicing, and assisting in the preparation of reports, and presentations.
Salary range: $60,000-70,000

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media
platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with billing and invoicing processes is a plus.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
