Service Express is looking for an Executive Assistant to serve as the primary administrative support for the leaders over the functions of which their role is supporting. This position will be part of an administrative team that supports our Executive Leadership.

Here's what this position is all about:
- Maintain confidentiality in all work both written and verbal communications
- Ability to review information at the highest level of the organization with attention to detail and integrity
- Oversee calendar coordination for the respective team you support including scheduling meetings, events and planning
- Assist with meeting documents and presentations
- Organize and schedule Executive travel
- Handle catering vendors and order meals as needed for various meetings or functions
- Ensure that all meeting spaces are set up including configuration of IT and A/V, food, drinks and any additional materials needed
- Assist Executives with expense submission
- Support internal teams with reporting, determining expenses, working with vendors on invoices and other administrative tasks
- Format and compose documents, spreadsheets and calendars as needed
- Execute project management skills
- Use CRM for basic information gathering, reporting and understanding of company data
- Ability to provide occasional after hours work/support to executives to accommodate changing schedules and priorities

- Experience supporting multiple managers/leaders
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative with projects and deadlines
- Strategic mindset with ability to actively seek opportunities for improvement and propose solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Project Management Software and Salesforce or a similar CRM
