Strategic Global Resources (SGR) is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to directly report our company President/CEO.
This position is intended for an individual who is looking for a long-term career. Responsibilities will include handling highly sensitive company information providing personal assistance to the President/CEO and the executive management team.
A qualified candidate would have a history of good job stability, have been successful at moving up within those companies, and extensive office experience.

NECESSARY Qualifications:
- Availability to travel on short notice
- Prior administrative, office management, front desk, and customer service experience
- Longevity with previous employers and excellent references
- Extensive administrative experience using Microsoft Programs and QuickBooks (we are not providing training for this software)
- Legal Assistance, Accounting Experience, or Data Analysis experience is a plus
- Secondary education is a plus
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as a “gatekeeper” to help manage and filter employee requests
- Assist with both personal and professional obligations.
- Responding to emails on behalf of the President/CEO and other high-level managers
- Helping to balance the personal and professional obligations of the company President/CEO
- Maintaining an updated company calendar and booking travel reservations
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining a hectic calendar
- Attending company meetings on behalf of the executive management
- Documenting executive meetings and logging/tracking company goals
- Working with our legal counsel to provide necessary information as it relates to various tasks
- Traveling between our Memphis, TN office and sister offices in Fort Collins, Beverly Hills, CA, and well other locations as the need arises.
- Daily responsibilities will always be in flux, anything from running errands to accompanying executive managers to out of state projects.
- A team player attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality are a must
