About the position:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will directly support the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales for the Americas. This individual is responsible for providing comprehensive support with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. In this role you'll be a critical part of a fast-paced global sales team, working closely with colleagues nationally and internationally to support the team's efforts and achievements, supporting the leaders closely throughout.
Using your organization and critical thinking skills you'll smooth all aspects of the CCO workload and support the efficient working of the marketing team. Day to day you'll be:
* Providing efficient and practical daily calendar management; prioritizing multiple inquiries and requests while troubleshooting scheduling conflicts; making judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
* Planning and booking complex international travel.
* Keeping the CCO and SVP informed of upcoming commitments and required follow ups; anticipating needs in advance of meetings, presentations, conferences, etc.
* Working cross-functionally to organize calendars, complex activities, conferences, and other activities.
* Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns relating to the CCO and SVP including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. You'll be able to determine an appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
* Composing general correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, charts, graphs; proofreading and making appropriate changes when necessary.
* Planning and creating internal and external presentations, disseminating information, and coordinating the work of others when needed.
* Establishing and maintaining an information storage system for the marketing team.
* Preparing and submitting travel reimbursement forms.
* Supporting with purchase order requests.
* Acting as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
* Using judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommending changes in office practices and procedures.
* Supporting and arranging events in the office relating to CCO or SVP activity.
About you:

You'll work closely and collaborative with the CCO, SVP, and the wider Sales team to support efficiency and forward planning. It is likely that you'll have:
* A track record of working closely and efficiently to support executive leaders in a fast-paced global business.
* Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
* High levels of tact and good judgement in confidential situations and proven experience of interacting with executive management.
* An ability and willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing business.
* Effective collaboration and communication skills are required, including information exchange with internal and external contacts.
* Experience of working in, or supporting, a sales function is beneficial but not essential.
We operate on a hybrid model, and you'll attend your local office three days week with two from home, with some occasional travel potentially required.
