Benefits:
- Daily pay via Tapcheck - yes, we can pay you every day you work!
- Starting pay of $22/hr to $25/hr!
- Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees
- $150 sign-on bonus, after working 30 shifts
- $300 Referral Bonus offered to hourly caregivers
- Full time work available- up to 8 hour shifts
- Paid Training - Initially and Ongoing
- Paid Sick Leave
- Valid CA Driver's License and a Car
- Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Available to work in San Mateo County
- Ability to communicate in English
- Successfully complete the CA DSS Home Care Aide Registry requirements (including passing a DOJ/FBI background check) and MVR check.
- E-verify is used for work eligibility
- Comfortable working with multiple clients/ split shifts
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Comfortable with toileting/incontinence assistance
- Comfortable working with clients that have dementia/Alzheimer's
- Support with mobility
- Light Housekeeping
- Doing errands and transportation
- Meal Preparation Companionship, and other responsibilities
