Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and compassionate Care Lead to join our team in Kalamazoo. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of caregiving experience who is skilled in using equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait belts. Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for providing excellent care are essential.

Job Requirements:

• Must be female.
• At least 2-3 years of caregiving experience is required.
• Proficient in using equipment such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and other mobility aids.
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius as needed.
• Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation.
• Availability for every other weekend is required.
• Strong leadership skills with a professional and dependable attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct caregiving services to clients, filling in shifts as needed.
• Conduct supervisor visits to monitor the quality of care and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Ensure the safe and proper use of caregiving equipment.
• Monitor and report client progress to the healthcare team.
• Support and guide the caregiving team while maintaining high care standards.
