Job Overview:

As a Tax Senior, you’ll provide comprehensive tax services to a diverse client base, requiring technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong client relationship management.

• Tax Compliance: Lead the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Tax Planning and Consulting: Develop tax strategies to align with clients’ financial goals and optimize savings, covering areas like structuring, M&A, and international tax.
• Research and Analysis: Stay current on tax laws to provide accurate guidance, conducting in-depth research on client inquiries.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored, proactive tax advice.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff on technical skills and best practices, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Quality Control: Enforce quality standards, identifying risks and compliance issues per firm policies.
