We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Specialist in Dallas, Texas. This role is primarily focused on performing various accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on-site, dealing with accounts payable and accounts receivable, handling data entry tasks, and working with member records.

Responsibilities:
• Efficient execution of accounts payable processing tasks
• Management of accounts receivable cash posting operations
• Utilization of Sage Intacct for various accounting functions
• Accurate and timely execution of data entry duties
• Involvement in scanning invoices and maintaining digital records
• Active participation in member records management
• Monitoring of accounts payable inbox and addressing relevant issues.• Possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Billing Functions efficiently
• Proficiency in using Sage Intacct software
