We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Frisco, Texas. The person will be a part of a dynamic team, primarily tasked with various accounting responsibilities. The role involves handling customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries while overseeing customer accounts.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and handle multi-state payroll administration using various tools.
• Facilitate the payment process via different systems such as traditional paper invoice or wire transfer, and reconcile prior payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to verify and improve financial procedures.
• Assist in the filing of state and federal payroll tax returns.
• Bring up-to-date accounting records, including preparation of monthly financials, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in all aspects of Accounting Functions
• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experienced in Billing Functions and Bill Pay procedures
• Knowledgeable in Local Payroll Tax regulations
• Familiarity with Multi-state Payroll management
• Proficient in Online Banking operations
• Strong skills in Business Reporting and financial analysis.
