Lhh Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company located in Lansdale, PA. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the critical day-to-day functions of our finance team, both in the US and Europe. This role is pivotal in managing all phases of monthly closings, consolidating financial statements, and reporting to corporate and group management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year

Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Lansdale, PA
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the finance team, including activities in the US and Europe.
- Manage all phases of monthly closings, including general ledger accounting, consolidation of multiple sites, and financial statement translation.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze income statements and balance sheets.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and segment managers to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and identify profit improvement opportunities.
- Support and lead growth and cost initiatives.
- Supervise 2-3 staff accountants and accounts payable personnel.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven relationship-building skills across functional areas.
- Strong leadership and process management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with management, employees, and customers.
- Experience with SOX controls in a public company or CPA firm.
- Knowledge of ASC revenue recognition and costing principles.
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the controllership function, including audit, closing, forecasting, ERP systems, management reporting, and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and OneStream.
- Prior experience as a Controller is a plus.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a four-year college or university is required; MBA or CPA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.
