We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Arlington, Texas. This role is in the industry of accounting where you will be primarily responsible for the accurate handling of customer applications, maintaining detailed records, and administering customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Handle data entry tasks with precision
• Regularly update the manager on the progress of assigned tasks
• Sort and review customer applications with meticulous attention to detail
• Engage with customers to gather more detailed information for incomplete applications
• Undertake administrative tasks which may involve making necessary phone calls
• Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks
• Engage in account reconciliation tasks
• Handle tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Carry out billing and invoice processing tasks
• Utilize Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must for this role.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and processes is required.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is a key requirement.
• Experience in Billing is essential.
• Candidates must have strong Data Entry skills.
• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems is a requirement.
• Experience with QuickBooks is essential.
• Candidates must have knowledge of SAP.
