We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk based in PAINESVILLE, Ohio. The selected candidate will be a crucial part of our team, handling various tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.


This is a direct hire position with standard business hours- Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. They are ideally looking for someone with strong organizational skills, general accounting experience, and someone who is reliable.


Responsibilities:


• Handle data entry tasks with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

• Oversee the processing of invoices, ensuring they are issued and paid in a timely manner.

• Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.

• Maintain and update the accounts receivable records, tracking all bills and other income.

• Play a key role in the billing process, preparing, sending, and storing invoices.

• Assist with other accounting-related tasks as required.
