Job Description

A summary of key duties includes:
You will manage the payroll, accounts payable and all reconciliations and month-end close actions.
Performance reviews, hiring and coaching for your team.
Conducts audits of budgeted items
Responsible for various ledgers including- cash disbursements, cash receipts, month end payroll summary, bimonthly payroll oversight, month end payroll reconciliation, complete journal entries to adjust the general ledgers.
Provide financial updates to senior leadership.
Responsible for closing monthly financials.
Experience required:
Advanced Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics
System savvy. This organization using multiple tools including Sage, Bill.com and Excel
A minimum of three years accounting leadership experience and a total of six years’ experience
Prior experience leading through change and creating best practices to improve financial success.
