Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Adecco is currently helping a local client in Casper, WY seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join as an Accounting Clerk. In this role, you will assist with various financial tasks and ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial information in various systems
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and transfer calls as necessary
  • Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff
  • Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence, routing them to the appropriate supervisors
  • Assist with filing, printing, photocopying, mailing, and emailing as needed
  • Greet customers and enter customer information into the system
  • Obtain approval signatures and create work orders by entering customer and vehicle/machine details into the database
  • Respond to customer questions and communications during the service process
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour
