LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring: Accounting Specialist in Baltimore

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join a reputable non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy to support the Finance team in managing payables. This is an urgent hiring opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule.
 
Responsibilities:

• Review and process employee expense reports.

• Ensuring proper coding and alignment with the chart of accounts.

• Reconcile the monthly corporate travel account.

• Oversee general ledger accounting.

• Establish and maintain vendor files in the system.

• Cross-train in processing grants payable.

 
Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum experience is required.

• Knowledge of Concur software is highly preferred.

• Payroll experience is desired but not necessary.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
