LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company in Chicago to assist with identifying an accounting specialist to join the team. The accounting specialist will handle both accounts payable and receivable as well as month end support. This is role is onsite and temporary to hire.

 

  • Reviewing and updating customer and vendor files

  • Cash applications and reconcile accounts

  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments

  • Discrepancy research and resolution

  • Coding, approvals and purchase orders for AP

  • Reconcile statements

  • Communicate with customers and vendors as needed

  • Accruals and bank reconciliations

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years + of experience in AP and AR with exposure to month end

  • Intermediate level of Excel

  • Must be very detailed and accurate

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Deadline driven and ability to manage multiple tasks

 

Compensation: $25-$29/hour



Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
