We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the Energy/Natural Resources industry in LONGMONT, Colorado. The role is for an Accounting Clerk and will involve working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required

• Handle tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Perform account reconciliation duties to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Execute billing functions and invoice processing in a timely manner

• Utilize software like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and other tasks

• Conduct 3-way matching, debits, and coding of invoices

• Prepare and process vendor invoices

• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations

• Audit support and prepare Form 1099 when needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Capable of handling Billing and Data Entry tasks.
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with 3 Way Matching.
• Knowledge in handling Debits.
• Ability to Code Invoices.
• Experience in Entering Invoices.
• Expertise in Invoice Payment.
• Proficiency in Invoice Reconciliation.
• Familiarity with handling Outstanding Invoices.
• Ability to Prepare Invoices.
• Experience in Processing Vendor Invoices.
• Knowledge of Vendor Invoices.
• Experience in Bank Reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation.
• Experience in Audit - Financial.
• Familiarity with Form 1099.
• Ability to handle Billing Functions.
