We are seeking a Director of Accounting and Finance for our construction business based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As a Director of Accounting, you will oversee all aspects of accounting and finance, including human resources and payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting software systems to ensure accurate financial management.

• Utilize ADP for financial services to manage payroll and other financial transactions.

• Implement and manage BlackLine for efficient financial automation.

• Manage Concur for streamlined expense reporting.

• Oversee CRM systems for effective customer relationship management.

• Supervise all accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

• Manage accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Oversee accounts receivable to ensure all funds are accounted for and collected.

• Conduct auditing processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

• Oversee budget processes to ensure financial efficiency and business growth.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with BlackLine
• Proficiency in using Concur
• Skilled in CRM
