Accounting Manager/Supervisor Job at Robert Half in Naples

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team located in Naples, Florida. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing critical accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and effectively processing customer-related queries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing and management of both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline accounting functions and improve efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive customer credit records, updating them as necessary.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Oversee and perform billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Must have a comprehensive understanding and the ability to carry out Accounting Functions.

• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is a must.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• The candidate should have a background in Auditing.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is essential.
