The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting strategic business decisions through comprehensive financial analysis and the supervision of employees.

- Supervise and coordinate accounting team activities, including month-end close, financial reporting, and annual budgeting processes
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting functions
- Develop and maintain robust internal accounting controls and procedures
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support management decision-making
- Oversee inventory accounting and cost accounting specific to manufacturing operations
- Prepare and review tax documentation and support annual audit processes
- Manage fixed asset accounting and reconciliation
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in ERP and financial management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience in manufacturing industry
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting principles
- Proven experience with financial reporting and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
- Previous supervisory experience in accounting department
