Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Coordinator:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring transactions are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
• Help with general ledger entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to address accounting inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Coordinator:

• Recent graduate with a degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or internship experience in accounting).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
