Job Description
We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This candidate must have an accounting background with 10 years minimum experience. Must also have strong experience with both Excel and QuickBooks Online. Some of the responsibilities in this role will include: Payroll, AR/AP, Bank Reconciliation and Mail Distribution. This person will be handling general office management (maintain logs, compliance policies, new hire equipment etc.). Responsibilities will also include assisting the Controller with all tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- 10 years minimum Accounting background
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong Excel experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Deadline and detail orientated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are open to considering both hourly or fulltime candidates. This role is an onsite position located near Kingston, NH.
