The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and complying with regulations.

Our client is a leading Commercial Construction Management company that has been in business for 50+ years.
Description
Manage all day to day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Assist with the annual budget, providing forecasts and variance analysis to support financial planning.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance, making recommendations for improvements.
Assist the CFO with periodic financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
Assist with the annual audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and current.
Maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risk
Profile
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance,
Experience: 7+ years of experience in accounting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (CMIC a Plus) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
