Accounting Specialist Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

About Us: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Controller and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and record-keeping.
• Manage and update QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy and timely submission.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial transaction processes.
• Support the Controller with office operations, including document organization and task coordination.
• Collaborate on analyzing and preparing financial data to inform decision-making.
• Handle banking transactions, such as transfers, as responsibilities expand.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, with prior experience or educational background in accounting.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Experience preparing and analyzing reports is highly desirable.
