Compensation: $20-30/hr. USD

Work Hours: 8am- 5pm

Location: Vancouver, Washington- In office

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our finance team at a leading manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting functions, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting the financial operations of a growing manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.

  • Coordinate billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger management.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.

  • Experience with audit preparation and tax filings.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
