About the Job
The Core Machinery Corporate Accounting team is building an exceptional environment for delivering accurate financial reporting, developing innovative processes, and enhancing operational performance. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving accounting and operational systems while ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, departmental results, and branch performance.
- Collaborate across departments to gather, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Prepare and present branch financial packages and insights to senior and executive leadership.
- Complete monthly and annual closing tasks, including preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts such as cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, receivables, and expense accruals.
- Drive innovation by providing ideas for system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to year-end audit preparations and fieldwork.
- Maintain and refine documentation standards for accounting policies and control procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting or accounting analysis.
- CPA or MBA is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience with financial analysis tools and ERP systems is a strong advantage.
