 One of RHL's longstanding clients - a reputable firm with 70 attorneys in San Diego - is seeking a legal secretary to start immediately. ​This Legal Secretary should have experience in:

 

 Corporate:

  • Redline legal documents
  • Draft correspondence related to such matters as trusts, estates, tax, real estate, and other areas of transactional law
  • Maintain attorneys' calendars
  • Coordinate monthly billing process and prepare client invoices
  • Scan documents into document management system update electronic and physical files
  • Prepare documents and facilitate entity formation (i.e. corporations, LLCs) and general corporate governance
  • Compose materials such as correspondence, minutes, real estate, and finance documents and general forms

 This Corporate Secretary must be able to work on-site in Downtown San Diego 3X/week; please do not apply if you are looking for remote work and/or do not live in San Diego.

  • Minimum of three years of legal secretary experience (corporate)
  • Strong system skills in document management systems and digital filing systems
  • Working knowledge of Forms Work Flow, CompuLaw, and iManage. Command of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
