We are seeking a Medical Secretary to join our team! As a Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, retrieving patient files, and gathering new patient information, including insurance verification. Additional duties include answering and directing phone calls, managing faxes, emails, and other correspondence, and maintaining accurate, well-organized correspondence and medical records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well both independently and as part of a team. This is an in-office position; applicants must be able to commute and arrive punctually to work.
