TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Schedule: Variable

Pay: $21.61-$31.34 per hour

Closing Date: December 27th 2024

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

2. Must be able to complete and pass three of the four tests categories:

* General Math (77%)

* Excel 2019 - Intermediate (77%)

* Word 2016 - Intermediate (77%)

* Typing (50 + wpm)

3. Must have good communication and public relations skills.

4. Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.

5. Previous clerical experience preferred.

6. Must attend mandatory Skyward training prior to working.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (to include but not limited to):

1. Act as a receptionist, meet and assist individuals coming to the office, and receive incoming phone calls to the office.

2. Demonstrate knowledge of good clerical methods, practices, and procedures.

3. Proficient in navigation of the Student Information system, Skyward.

4. Work effectively with school students, staff and administrators.

5. Relieve other secretaries as needed.

6. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

7. Make decisions with good judgment.

8. Sorting, alphabetizing and filing.

9. Possess ability to be flexible in job assignments and routines.

10. Other job-related duties as assigned.

11. Maintain a record of punctuality, dependability, and consistent attendance.
