Our client, a legal firm, is seeking a Bilingual Legal Secretary to join their team. As a Legal Secretary, you will be part of the administrative team supporting the legal department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Legal Secretary

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Range: $21 per hour

What's the Job?

• Confirm and call off witnesses
• Make reminder calls
• Conduct follow-up calls and communicate status
• Organize records and other materials
• Keep detailed records on a spreadsheet
• Tasks must be timely and be properly documented
• Other clerical tasks as requested

What's Needed?

• Bilingual/Biliterate English/Spanish preferred
• Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge or ability to learn Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
